How to Prevent the Burgers from Sticking on Grill:

How to Evenly Portion the Meat for the Burgers:
Use a 1/2-cup dry measuring cup to make equally portioned meat patties. Firmly press enough of the meat into the measuring cup to fill just below the rim. Tap bottom of cup gently to remove the meat, then press into 1/2-inch thickness as directed in recipe.
